it’s too bad this film didn’t really have a story to speak of. it really wanted to be epic, but it lacked any kind of attachment to what was actually happening in the film. i will admit that it has been a minute since i have seen the original, but still, when making a sequel almost 30 years later, one should do a better job of reintroducing the world it belongs to.

Zack – I feel the exact same way. It was hard to invest emotionally in the characters, which is really such a big waste because the film looked incredible.

The art of Tron Legacy is so elegant. I like te lines and shades and rounded shapes. I will look for the book.
